I enjoy the book of Proverbs. They can bring comfort and conviction. Today it was comfort. ;0)
We can make our own plans,
but the LORD gives the right answer. (Prov.16:1)
Commit your actions to he LORD,
and your plans will succeed. (Prov. 16:3)
We can make our plans,
but the LORD determines our steps. (Prov. 16:9)
How much better to get wisdom than gold,
and good judgement than silver! (Prov. 16:16)
We may throw the dice,
but the LORD determines how they fall. (Prov. 16:33)
