Blessed while waiting . . .

I am so thankful for the kindness and friendships we are finding in other families that are connected to children in the Ukraine. Every time we are contacted and they share some new information about Krystyna, we feel that much closer to her. I am not going to share the story I heard today, but it really made me smile, and I could just picture her personality. We have been given the opportunity to speak to her on the phone next Wednesday, using the cell phone they sent to the boy they are adopting. He is a close friend to Krystyna, and so our building a friendship will only benefit our kids once they settle in to their new families. Their son shared that Krystyna was very excited to get our box we sent and she can't wait to talk with us. We may be traveling on the same timeline as this family, so we might be able to share expenses for drivers, translators, apartments, etc. That would really help cut costs. Please keep us in your prayers. We have a lot of funds to raise, but we still have peace that the Lord is directing our path.
